Vince and Maggie’s recent Pilgrimage to the Holy Land was an answered prayer and a dream come true. Expecting to encounter Jesus in the places where he had lived; instead they met him where he is still living – in the Eucharistic hearts of the Jerusalem Christians. Since Jesus’ first appearance to the disciples on the road to Emmaus, Christians in the Holy Land have served as living witnesses to the Word made flesh. After nearly 2,000 years, their hearts burn just as passionately in devotion to Christ and to the celebration of the “breaking of the bread”. Join us as Vince and Maggie share how Christ’s presence was made known to them through the Christian communities of the Holy Land, and how our communities can be “living witnesses” of Christ’s presence in the world today.

Vince is originally from the East Coast and has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester. After spending 10 years away from the Church, Vince experienced a deep conversion at the 2015 Encounter Conference. He has been on fire for the Faith ever since and has a passion for helping others rediscover the beauty of the Catholic faith. Maggie is a Saint Louis native and has a degree in Theology from Franciscan University. She has been volunteering with various Catholic organizations for over 15 years. Through her speaking and writing she encourages people to discover who they are in Christ and to live authentic lives. They are recently married and expecting their first child in January, and could not be more excited about this next chapter in life.
