There are the stories of holy men & women we all know, and rightfully so; stories of miracles, sacrifices, and unimaginable events leaving us asking how they could have happened. Yet, we often forget to examine the whole of these beautiful lives and miss the very things that led to the moments we remember. What are the nitty gritty qualities that defined these saintly people? Joe and Reese Dobrynski, will discuss the lives of Mother Angelica, Maximilian Kolbe, and Chiara Petrillo and how they have influenced their own marriage and life. The Dobrynskis hope to offer a few qualities shared by the saints, that they, and we, can integrate into our life in our journey to Heaven.
Joe and Reese Dobrynski, have been happily married for almost 8 years and live in Manchester with their 4 boys. As parishioners of St. Joe-Manchester they desire to see young adults come alive in their faith and help build our parishes into communities of discipleship and mission. Joe works for the Office of Youth Ministry and Reese wrangles the #brothersdobrynski while homeschooling them. You can find Joe and Reese at the park, Raising Cane’s, or St. Vincent de Paul Thrift store hunting down new books. They are both alumni of Benedictine College and FOCUS.
