Sacred Heart devotion is often misunderstood as an old-fashioned, outdated devotional practice, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The love of the Heart of Christ is needed in today’s world now more than ever, and we, the members of Christ’s Body, have a calling to embody that Love through our words, actions, and very being. In this presentation, Virginia will speak about how Sacred Heart devotion and Eucharistic devotion relate to one another, and what it means to be devoted to a Sacred Heart that offers his very self for the life of others.
